Louis Philippe Boulet is a pneumologist at Laval Hospital (Institut de cardiologie et de pneumologie de l'Université Laval), in Quebec City (Canada) and Professor of Medicine at Laval University. He has been involved for about twenty years in care, research and teaching on respiratory diseases, particularly asthma. In 1994, he initiated the Quebec Asthma Education Network which became the Quebec Asthma and COPD Network and contributed to the development of the multiple therapeutic guides on asthma in Canada
